The filtration system is easy to maintain. 100% of the grease is removed from recirculated air. Circulating at a rate of 1760 cubic ft per minute, our system covers 3 times the space of an updraft system and 2 times the space of a downdraft system.Your ceilings, walls, and furniture will be grease and odor free.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

Replacement parts are available for all standard components. FANMA tables are designed to keep maintenance time to an absolute minimum. Interior components are modular and interchangeable. Using twist-lock wire connectors ensure ease of use for rapid maintenance. There is no need for overnight shipping or expensive service calls. 

HOODLESS, VENTLESS, AND DUCTLESS

Our grills reduce build-out and maintenance cost by eliminating external ductwork and ventilation systems; thereby eliminating maintenance costs for eliminated work. Other benefits include: reduced noise levels, greater mobility, and unimpeded views of your dining area.

MOBILE

Grills are shipped fully assembled and ready to use. When grill arrives – roll it, plug it, and start entertaining your guests. Our grills are fully self contained and mobile. The grills are easily moved to configure the restaurant to accommodate large groups and functions. When finished just unplug and roll away. Mobility creates greater interior design options including remodeling. 

EASE OF CLEANING

Our self-contained ventilation system is easy to clean. There are just a few components that require cleaning. Filters slide in and out for easy replacement. Cleaning can be completed in minutes due to the accessibility of all the components. 

ENERGY EFFICIENT

FANMA is an efficient and capable grill. Our grill uses a single power outlet and does not require ant additional electric work or a gas line. Our filtration system filters and cleanses the air so your HVAC system works less, saving you money. The insulated cooking surface retains heat longer and better so you use less energy. UL CERTIFICATION/FIRESUPPRESSION

Through years of research and development we have developed an efficient and modern teppanyaki table leading the market today. Our grills have undergone and passed the rigorous tests required by Under-writers Laboratory. Our grills have not only passed but exceeded the Underwriters Laboratory’s guidelines. FANMA grills have automatic and pull station discharges. The cooking surfaces and duct areas are equipped with a proprietary fire extinguishing system. Any fire will be contained to the grill and extinguished. 

ELECTRIC GRIDDLE

FANMA has revolutionized the teppanyaki industry.Our grills have the most adaptable and easy to use electric griddle surface. Precise digital temperature readouts eliminate the dangerous manual hand overcooking surface temperature check performed over gas tables. There are no unexpected hotspots which result in burning food. The consistency of the surface temperatures allow the chef to prepare different foods at once.

BALANCES TEMPERATURE

FANMA tables distribute heat evenly providing a consistent cooking surface temperature. Gas teppanyaki tables require constant temperature adjustments to keep the cooking surface temperature consistent. As a result gas grills are prone to hot spots resulting in burnt food.
